Aera Energy, one of California’s largest oil and gas producers, was in the middle of big changes. They restructured their workforce and, in the process, started to lose employee morale. To get their staff back on track and build optimism about the company’s future, they asked SWITCH to develop a new brand strategy, vision, brand purpose, and value proposition.

We facilitated a workshop with collaborative, deep-thinking exercises for Aera Energy’s key stakeholders to inform the development together of their new value proposition. This allowed us to frame a brand identity system that focused on their people, promoted their environmentally friendly approach, and showcased their California roots and optimism it inspires every day. As a result, employee skepticism was replaced with an appreciation for “great todays” and “better tomorrows.”
