eBay went through a major brand overhaul. Their new external brand message “fill your cart with color,” spoke to many aspects of the consumer experience. However, eBay was missing a similar message to express to their employees. Our job was to express the same energy and spirit of their new brand platform to an internal audience.

eBay’s people come from all walks of life to make the brand experience what it is. To reflect this, we created an identity system that celebrates the diversity and authenticity of each employee, while staying true to the brand’s colorful core. Our “Live Uniquely You” brand activation included a photo booth capturing eBay employees expressing their best selves, and soon evolved for use in consumer-facing marketing.
